SUBSTANCE: invention relates to novel derivatives of 7-[3-[4-(6- fluorobenzo[d]isoxazol-3-yl)piperidine-1-yl]-propoxy]-chromen-4-one of the formula (I) where R means hydrogen atom, CHO, CH2OR2 or COOH; R1 means alkyl with from 1 to 4 carbon atoms under condition that one of substituent R and R1 is hydrogen atom and their pharmaceutically acceptable salts designated for use in treatment of patients with psychosis and schizophrenia. Invention relates to also a method of synthesis of these compounds, pharmaceutical composition based on thereof and method of inhibition of D2--, 5-HT2a- and H1-receptors in treatment of patients with psychosis and schizophrenia.
