摘要

FIELD: radio detection and ranging, applicable in coherent- pulse tracking radars with multifrequency sounding for obtaining of a two-dimensional radar image and identification of the air target with the aid of it. SUBSTANCE: the method is based on the use of two radars, one of them should have an opportunity of frequency re-tuning from pulse to pulse. The angular velocity of target turn at trajectory instabilities of its flight is computed due to the comparison of the target Doppler spectra formed in these radars by the method of fast Fourier transform (FFT) at an inverse synthesizing of the aperture. To obtain an opportunity to compare the target Doppler spectra within the general sample of the reflected signal, M operations of fast Fourier transform are successively carried out with particular samples with a shift of the middle of their interval. The computed angular velocity of target turn is used for transverse scaling of the two-dimensional radar. EFFECT: provided identification of targets of various classes according to their geometric dimensions. 2 dwg
