Rotary valves in cold/hot water inputs and in both mixed water outputs are mechanically coupled in pairs with actuating motors on block. The device has a tap (7) in the water feed, an actuator (8) for operating an outlet valve in the bath (1) outlet (10) and a control device (11) for the tap and actuator with an electronic controller with interfaces for connecting at least one data input and output device (12,12'), a temperature sensor (13') and a device (14) for detecting when the bath is full. The tap has cold and hot water inputs, valves for dosing the cold and hot water flows, two mixed water outputs and blocking valves for alternate opening and closing of the mixed water outlets connected to a bath inlet and a hand shower (3). The tap has a valve block (16) with valve chambers for rotary valves in the cold water input, the hot water input, a mixed water channel and in both mixed water outputs and with actuating shafts fed out of the device. The rotary valves in the cold and hot water inputs and in both mixed water outputs are mechanically coupled in pairs and rotary valve actuating motors are mounted on the valve block.
