The holder (1) includes a stabilizing device (2) for a mobile radio device (3). A coupling antenna (6.3) is included for providing a capacitive coupling of the high frequency signal between the antenna (6.1) of the mobile radio device and the mobile telephone holder (1) when the mobile radio device is inserted. A connecting line is provided between the coupling antenna and an external antenna (6.2). An independent claim is included for a mobile telephone holder.
