The instrument to give access with minimal invasion into the spinal zone, for magnetic resonance (MR) compatible instruments, is aligned and positioned under MR control. The instrument is of plastics, which is invisible on a nuclear spin radiology view, with a metal which can be seen. The trocar sleeve (1) can be fixed in human tissue (2).
