Filling of cracks (2) in mineral building materials (1), comprises: (a) applying a two-component, flexible curable sealant (3) across the top of the crack; (b) piercing a packer (4) placed on top of the sealant with a hollow nail (6); (c) allowing the sealant to cure; and (d) injecting a two component resin into the crack through the nail. An Independent claim is also included for a kit for performing the method, comprises separate two-chamber cartridges for the sealant and the resin, packers and hollow needles.
