Measuring cell comprises a secondary electron multiplier (SEV) connected to a photon counter (PhZ) in a compact detector arrangement connected directly via a detector window (F) to an acceptor chamber (A) of a thermostated two-chamber cell screened by a light-impermeable casing or by a light-impermeable material against external light.
