Method for calculating the optimal strategy for molecular multiplex diagnosis of microtissue arrays involves calculating a computer model of the nuclei of the cell type(s) being examined. The model describes suitable light-optical, detectable properties of the sites that are to be labeled, e.g. specific spectral signatures or combinations of them.
