The invention relates to a method that allows isolation and identification of components that bind to constituents of particulate systems, thereby inducing a biological effect. Said biological effect is used to isolate the effector-charged particulate systems using cell sorting systems or by cell growth selection. The effector-inducing constituents are identified by means of a nucleic acid that can be unambiguously associated with the effector-inducing constituent.
