Production of a ceramic dental prosthesis comprises obtaining data about restorations such as inlays, onlays, partial crowns, bridges and implants by optical and/or mechanical digitization of tooth stumps and/or teeth of one jaw or both jaws using CAD construction of the restorations. Preferred Features: An outer mold is produced in place of CAD construction using a conventional dental technical process with subsequent digitization and processing. A reproduction is produced by slip casting. A high strength ceramic is used to produce the prosthesis.
