A hole (12) bored in the concrete body (10) possesses a diameter larger than the external diameter of the screw's threaded part, and is at least partly filled with a setting, free-flowing grouting compound. A mold inserted into the hole has the same outer shape as the screw's threaded part. The mold has at least one centering protuberance (24). The space (26) between the mold and the inside of the hole is filled with the grouting compound which sets and forms an inner cladding (28) the inside (30) of which has an inner thread.
