The structure gives an adjustable height mounting at the bobbin frame arm in relation to a drive shaft of the bobbin winder. The bobbin frame, for a cross wound bobbin winder, has a central setting drilling (18) for a tool at the frame arms. The bearing holder has a recess (19) which matches an eccentric setting pin at the tool. A cylindrical guide head of the tool is swung within the center setting drilling for positioning, with little play, through a relatively long operating arm.
