The system has a 3-way mixer (7) in the heating feed (4) between the thermal storage (3) and floor heating (5) enables connection of the heating return (6) and feed bypassing the heat storage. A conventional heater (8) in the heating feed between the mixer and floor heating enables the temperature to be raised as required. The waste heat pump (9) is arranged between the floor heating and mixer to enable a temperature increase in the heating return.
