The damping element (5) is ringed by an outside element (8) which restricts the radial spread of the damper under load. Preferably the damper lies without clearance against the element (8) and the element is interrupted round the damper by equi-spaced strips or peripheral sectors. The damper should be thicker than the element (8) height and the damper (5) adjoins flush to both tie rod (6) and heads (7). The elastic damper material can be vulcanized to the tie (4) as such or bonded to this and the damper is made of conductive material.
