The mainly leakage-free device (4) has a chamber (5) with an angle adjuster (6) and two lines (10,11) for hydraulic medium feed/return. Each hydraulic line has an element (15,16,20) to prevent drainage of the chamber. The chamber is alternately connected via a pilot valve (13) to line sections (10',11') for feed and discharge which in turn are connected to a pressure section (11") of one line and a return section (10") of the other line. The pressure section has a back pressure valve (15) to act as drainage prevention element, while the return section has a back pressure valve (20) or a performance characteristics-controlled path valve.
