PURPOSE: To improve the picture quality by removing the aliasing (distortion in making it to a sample) of an animation image at a high speed without increasing the number of sampling points. ;CONSTITUTION: In a process 10, data including information on the shape, texture, motion, view point, etc., of a body are inputted and animation image data 20 are generated. Processes 30-50 are performed for all frames on the basis of the generated animation image data. In the processes 30 and 40, information on the motion of the body, view point, etc., used at the time of the animation generation is utilized to calculate the motion of an image point and time space filtering is performed on the basis of the detected motion; and the image point of the body which is sampled in a process frame is filtered in the process 30 and the image point of the body which is not sampled is filtered in the process 40.
