The rocker arm (10) is formed as a body (12), with a bearing, mounted to pivot on a longitudinal axis (A1), and a transverse arm (26, 28), with a primary end (32, 34) in contact with the element, requiring translation control, e.g. a valve, and the secondary end (30) with the motion control transmission. Lubrication is provided by a canal (64), to transfer lubricant from the bearing to the primary contact zone, by a primary section (66), to transfer pressurised oil from the bearing up to the external face (68) of the arm and into the duct (70).
