The distant training programme system has a unit broadcasting training programmes (112). The programmes are received by a reception terminal (133) using a training control server (116). A specific programme is delivered to each trainee, made up of information, a training certificate , attendance and assessment. The attendance information is obtained in real time using a reverse channel (161). The trainee returns coded information response to a programme question and processes the response off line after the broadcast using a terminal (17) connected to the server.
