The fluorescent display band has band sections (1,2) which form loops to be placed on the body. There is a band support section (3,4) from which the band winds out following an accordion type structure. The support section length (5) can be adjusted to hold the band partially or totally wound. Side openings (6,7) allow the band to pass through.
