PURPOSE: To obtain a cross-linked polymer degradable into an oligomer and capable of splitting and reforming linking parts when treated specifically by using an elastomer or rubber comprising specific oligomer parts, cross-linked oligomer parts, and linking parts for linking those oligomer parts to each other to form high-molecular chains. ;CONSTITUTION: This polymer is an elastomer or rubber comprising parts derived from an oligomer having such a degree of polymn. or mol.wt. as to exhibit flowability, parts derived from a cross-linked oligomer formed by cross-linking the oligomer to such a degree of cross-linking as to exhibit flowability, and linking parts for linking those oligomer parts to form high-molecular chains.
