PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support introduction service so as to activate and smooth community activities and business activities. PSOLUTION: A coordinator terminal 2 searches for provided service information matching with an application for utilization of volunteer service designated by a coordinator, selects a participant specified based on detected information as a candidate to be introduced to an applicant for utilization, and displays a list of candidates to be introduced with personal information and requests of each candidate. It searches for provided service information matching an application in a field of business activities designated by the coordinator, selects each participant specified based on detected information as a candidate to be introduced to the application for provision, and displays a list of candidates to be introduced with personal information and requests of each candidate to be introduced.
