PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for integrally molding two thermoplastic materials which can reduce residual strain in the junction face between the thermoplastic materials.;SOLUTION: The method for integrally molding the two thermoplastic materials includes a primary thermoplastic material injection process in which one having a higher molding shrinkage than that of the other is injected as a primary thermoplastic material into a cavity 2, and a second thermoplastic material injection molding process in which the thermoplastic material having a lower molding shrinkage is injected as a secondary thermoplastic material into the cavity 2. In the secondary process, when the shrinkage of the primary thermoplastic material is advanced, and the shrinkage by the residual shrinkage of the primary thermoplastic material is equal to the molding shrinkage of the secondary thermoplastic material, the secondary thermoplastic material is injected into the cavity 2.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
