PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fully corrected vision characteristics measuring apparatus which can measure vision characteristics of eyes to be examined as being fully corrected. PSOLUTION: There are provided a refractivity correction part 700 for correcting the refractivity of eyes 400 to be examined, an adjusting state measuring part 800 which measures whether a target observed by the eyes 400 to be examined through the refractivity correction part 700 is included within an adjusting range of the eyes 400 to be examined and a correction value correcting means 360 which amends a correction value of the refractivity correction part 700 so that the eyes 400 to be examined may be fully corrected based on the results of the measurement made by the adjusting state measuring part 800. Vision characteristics of the eyes 400 to be examined are measured in the correction values of the refractivity correction part 700 under the full correction depending on the responses from persons having the eyes 400 to be examined with respect to the target presented thereto.
