PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a system for automatically selecting a provider connection station where the connection can be enhanced.;SOLUTION: This system is configured such that a server 5 being a provider stores a telephone number table describing the telephone numbers of a mobile phone 2 such as a PHS connected to a mobile terminal 1 for communication and access points 3,..., 3 being at least two wireless communication stations connected to the mobile phone 2 via the Internet 4. This system has a GPS function of discriminating the location of the mobile terminal 1, the server 5 discriminates an optimum access point at a location of the mobile terminal 1, and the server 5 rebuilds up the connection to the mobile phone 2 via the optimum access point 3 on the basis of the discrimination when the mobile terminal 1 accesses the server 5.
