PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an implement capable of surely forming a high ridge having a long life in rice paddies and a high ridge-forming board used in it for culturing crops preferring a dry environment in the rice paddies for aiming at the substantial conversion from the rice paddies to a farming field, and to provide the implement and high ridge-forming board used in it, capable of forming the desired high ridge simply and surely by making the high ridge-forming board follow succeedingly together with soil crushing work for aiming at the conversion from the rice crop by seeding on the high ridge.;SOLUTION: This high ridge-forming implement is provided by installing the high ridge-forming board extending in work width direction against an implement frame equipped with a mounting means for a tractor, etc., is provided by using the high ridge-forming board having a ridge space of a shape corresponding to the cross sectional shape planted to be formed in an interval corresponding to the interval between ridges, forming a ridge-forming arch along the rear surface in a work-progressing direction in the ridge space and contracting the inside space of the ridge-forming arch toward the rear end part in the work-progressing direction as a tapered state for regulating the shape of the ridge by compacting the formed ridge from its surface side.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
