PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the occurrence of dew formation, to decrease the deterioration rate of a dwelling house, to lengthen the life, to realize healthy environment, to reduce the number of heaters, to reduce the heating space, and to improve energy efficiency by homogenizing the thermo-temperature environment in the interior of a building.;SOLUTION: In a construction method for a steel house formed by a frame material made of thin and light shape steel and a structural facing material fitted thereto, the frame material is constructed by a thin and light shape steel 6 which has high thermal conductivity in order to promote homogenizing of thermo-temperature environment, and a designated board thickness, wherein the upper and lower limit values of the surface area (m2/m2) of the dwelling house internal thin and light shape steel per building area range from 0 to 20, and the weight (kg/m2) of the thin and light shape steel 6 in the range of 10 to 20 of the upper and lower limit values of the surface area has the upper and lower limit values ranging from 35.0 to 115.0.
