The divergence for bidirectional CATV/distribution device

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce incoming confluent noise onto a 2-way CATV transmission line from consumer terminal equipments. ;SOLUTION: A 1st terminal 22a of a 1st high pass filter 22 and a 1st terminal 24a of a 1st low pass filter 24 are connected to a 2way transmission line input terminal 26 of the 2-way CATV branching/distributing device, a 1st terminal 23a of a 2nd high pass filter 23 and a 2nd terminal 24b of a 1st low pass filter 24 are connected to a 2-way transmission line output terminal 28, a 2nd terminal 22b of the 1st high pass filter 22 and a 1st terminal 25a of the 2nd low pass filter 25 are connected to an input terminal 21a of the branching/distributing device 21, a termination resistor 29 is connected to a 2nd terminal 25b of the 2nd low pass filter 25 and a one-way transmission line output terminal 27 is connected to one output terminal 21b of the branching/distribution device 21 and a 2nd terminal 23b of the 2nd high pass filter 23 is connected to the other output terminal 21c of the branching/distribution device 21.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
