PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bottle container gas exchange device and a bottle container carrying device which exchanges gas in a bottle container while maintaining high productivity. PSOLUTION: A cover 31 is disposed such that it covers the upper portion of the mouth Pa of a PET bottle P and side portions of the PET bottle P in the direction in which the PET bottle P is carried. A jet nozzle 32, from which nitrogen gas is jetted toward the mouth Pa of the PET bottle P carried under the cover 31, is attached to the upper surface 31a of the cover 31.
