PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To objectively restrict mismatch related to skills between the job offering side and the job hunting side, and help decision of hiring and job taking made in a shorter period in support of human resources distribution to exchange job offering conditions and job hunting conditions through the Internet to result in hiring and job taking.;SOLUTION: Matching between hiring information on the job offering side and job taking conditions on the job hunting side is objectively determined from the viewpoint of skills of human resources, and job offering information and job hunting information of a higher matching point are provided to job hunters and employers, so that mismatch between the hiring side and the job taking side is reduced. Hiring market price information is generated based on a data base of specific hiring and job taking cases. Real time human resources distribution market information to each case of job offering and job hunting in progress is generated, and it is provided the job offering side and the job hunting side to be browsed.
