PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital data copy preventing method for a DVD optical recording disk capable of easily preventing a data file with respect to a personal copyright from being copied even if one DVD optical recording disk produced by a person and to provide the DVD optical recording disk and a DVD recorder for the DVD optical recording disk.;SOLUTION: The copy preventing method continuously records a lead-in, a program, a lead-out of digital data in compliance with the video standards to a DVD optical recording disk, and searches a file identifier including directory record digital data configured with the file structure of the [ISO9660] in compliance with the UDF (Universal Disk File format) bridge logic stipulations among the video standards.
