ACCESS PORT ADAPTIVE TO POWER FEEDING AND ACCESS PORT HAVING AUTOMATIC CHANNEL RECOGNIZING FUNCTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an access port in which communication is not interfered between adjacent access ports, by receiving power from the HUB of an IP network with phantom power feeding. SOLUTION: An access point 3 connected to a HUB 1 having a phantom power feeding function comprising the IP network is provided with a function for answering the presence of a phantom power receiving function to an inquiry from the HUB 1 concerning the presence/absence of the phantom power receiving function at low power, a function for deciding power to be fed by detecting a power feeding voltage from the HUB, a function for supplying a high power to a large power circuit when the power to be fed is high, and an automatic channel recognizing function for monitoring the condition of radio waves in the other access port while using an arbitrary channel number in the case of a connection to the HUB, and setting a channel number, which is not used by the other access point, as a present channel number.
