PSOLUTION: This device is provided with a visual data conversion part 3 for converting a visual data part that is the range to be signed of a document to image data; a first compression part 4 and electronic sign generation part 5 for compressing and encrypting the image data to generate a first electronic sign; a first connection part 6 for connecting the image data to the first electronic sign; a second connection part 7 for further connecting the original document to a file obtained by the first connection part 6; a second compression part 8 and second electronic sign generation part 9 for compressing and encrypting the file obtained by the second connection part 7 to generate a second electronic sign; a third connection part for connecting the file obtained by the second connection part 7 to the second electronic sign to generate one file; and an output part 11 for outputting this file.
