PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooking method capable of boiling miscellaneous cereal-containing rice and rice with fish and vegetables mixed in advance in a boiling condition the same as that of regular wash-free rice, and to provide combined wash-free rice.;SOLUTION: The miscellaneous cereal-containing wash-free rice is such that miscellaneous cereals are obtained by mixing at least four kinds of miscellaneous cereals to bring them to at least staple grains and the miscellaneous cereals and ingredients are, if necessary, subjected to a pretreatment according to the kind so as to boil the miscellaneous cereal- containing wash-free rice in a boiling condition the same as that of wash-free rice. It is preferable that the miscellaneous cereals or the ingredients and the wash-free rice are packaged in a package with every certain quantity. The method for cooking the miscellaneous cereal-containing wash-free rice or the wash-free rice with fish and vegetables mixed in advance comprises putting it in a cooker without washing, and cooking it in a boiling condition the same as that of wash-free rice.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
