PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a skin lotion formulated with saturniid silk, which shows a high ultraviolet ray absorptivity. ;SOLUTION: This method for producing the skin lotion comprises steps of (A) dissolution of saturniid silk in a copper ethylene diamine solution composed of cupric hydroxide and ethylene diamine in a ratio of 6.0:(8.3 to 8.6) g/100 cc of water, (B) addition of a copper ion dissociating agent to the above solution to dissociate the copper ions, (C) formation of the water-soluble film of saturniid silk from the above regenerated solution, and (D) dissolution of the above film and mixing it with an aqueous skin lotion solution.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO
