PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for displaying startup conditions without wasting a user's operation performed for the purpose of starting a program and without a risk that the user is kept waiting for a long time due a decision of the startup conditions of the program. SOLUTION: Resource state display parts (first and second frames) are formed by each of resources X and Y the reentrant of which is disabled and displayed in a display area 30 of a picture. The resource which is used by a program under performance between the resources X and Y is detected and colors of the resource state display parts (the first and second frames) are varied by each of resources X, Y by using the detected result. Thus, the startup conditions that use the resources X, Y are displayed in the display area.
