PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin film magnetic storage device reduced in size and power consumption and equipped with a radio communication facility, and a radio chip, a distribution management system and a manufacturing process management system using the same.;SOLUTION: A thin film magnetic storage device comprises an antenna section 4 for transmitting/receiving radio waves to/from the outside. An inductance wire 5 making up the antenna section 4 has a metal wire 6 and a magnetic film 7 formed in accordance with the bottom or both bottom and side of the metal wire 6. The magnetic film 7 can be manufactured in an original manufacturing process of the thin film magnetic storage device without introducing a dedicated manufacturing process.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
