PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To retrieve a predictor of respective economic factors at a higher speed in a predicting process of an economic orbit in the past, the present or the future while minimizing a theoretical-practical premise of which the basis is unclear. PSOLUTION: This economic factor predicting processor has an economic factor readin part 54, a trial economic factor setting part 55, a combination readin part 56 of a decision parameter, an economic factor calculating part 57, a quantitatively determining part 58, a preserving processing part 59, a trial economic factor selecting part 64, a disturbance processing part 61, and a distance discriminating part 62, and preserves a second minimum distance and a transition of a reference economic factor for imparting the second minimum distance when the second minimum distance is smaller than a comparing predicting distance as a result of discriminating a distance, and preserves a trial economic factor before just near disturbance processing when the second minimum distance is larger than the comparing predicting distance, and has the trial economic factor selecting part 64 for setting a trial economic factor as a predictor of an economic factor when the second minimum distance becomes smallest by reselecting one or more trial economic factors.
