PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce occurrence amount of static electricity by treating an abrasive for solving a failure such as breakdown of a substrate by discharge due to occurrence of the static electricity during machining, in sand blast machining.;SOLUTION: The surface of the abrasive for sand blast is coated with a lubricant, a detergent, and/or sugars, thereby reducing the occurrence amount of static electricity when the abrasive is sprayed onto a machining substrate, eliminating discharge due to occurrence of the static electricity, and solving a failure such as breakdown of the substrate due to the static electricity.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
