PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beam-column connection joint, a beam-column connection method and an execution method for executing a concrete skeleton more easily by using a precast member.;SOLUTION: The beam-column connection joint 1 having vertical joint bars 8 and horizontal joint bars 9 fixed in fixed length in a precast column member 2 and a precast beam member 3 and shear reinforcing bars 10 assembled to the vertical joint bars 9 is manufactured. A plurality of the beam-column connection joints 1 corresponding to the precast column member 2 and the precast beam member 3 are manufactured previously from the member 2 and the member 3 and computation, experimentation or the like, and the beam-column connection joint 1 mounted on the connection section 4 of a desired member is also selected by selecting the desired member from a plurality of the manufactured members when the concrete skeleton 11 must be executed.
