PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system intended for using a pruned material of a fruit tree and a park for the medium of shelf fungus for cultivation, and including an active ingredient contained in the pruned material as a source in the shelf fungus for cultivation aiming at environmental zero emission. PSOLUTION: The cultivation of the shelf fungus comprises using a chipped pruned material as a medium so as to include an ingredient contained in the pruned material in the shelf fungus without spoiling the ingredient. It is preferable to sterilize the medium at ≤80°C in a sterilization process of the medium. In order to completely sterilize the medium at ≤80°C, the pH of the medium is ≤5.5 to be acidic. The adjustment of pH is done by selecting and using the organic acid of a tree put in the medium. When the air environment in a room is brought to a weak anaerobic condition for raising the shelf fungus from the medium, the shape thereof grows to a branch or stag horn-like shape, and the contents of protein polysaccharide, chitin, germanium, an organic acid and polyphenol are increased.
