PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide discount bill receivable fluidifying system and method capable of reducing business load and cost load in a financial institution.;SOLUTION: A program concerned with the system is provided with a 1st display function for displaying an input picture for inputting data necessary for the calculation of a cash flow in the case of pledging discount bills receivable of the financial institution in government bills as receivables warranted, a reading function for reading out data concerned with the discount bills receivable presented from the financial institution, a cash flow calculation function for calculating the cash flow on the basis of the data concerned with the read discount bills receivable and the data inputted from the input picture, and a 2nd display function for displaying calculated results.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
