PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the speeding-up and the high efficiency of operating steps for the manufacture of a business form having a multi-layer structure and make each of constituent business form easily separable, with regard to a method for manufacturing a multi-layer business form comprising a specified number of lapped separate business form paper pieces, a sheet for a multi-layer business form and a multi-layer business form.;SOLUTION: A printing ink layer 19 for format information is printed at a specified part which becomes each of unit base materials after cutting a continuous business form base material and each of the business form pieces after replicating the unit base material. In addition, developer layers 20, 23, 24 and 26 and color developing agent layers 21, 22 and 25 are formed at the printing ink layer 19 and a part which is lapped over the former during the replicating process, and a rerelesable adhesive layer is formed at a specified spot which becomes an edge part per the unit base material. Thus the multi-layer business form 11 is manufactured by cutting the continuous base material into every unit base material and replicating the unit base material at cutting lines 16 to 18 and thereby, temporarily bonding the rereleasable adhesive layers together.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
