PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sell barreled draft beer with perfect quality control while securing the 100% reuse of a barrel over many years to allow the construction of the circulating society which brings about profits to consumers, an enterprise, a local autonomous body and the whole society.;SOLUTION: In a refrigerator adopted in this method, a microcomputer 12-1 and a temperature sensor 12-2 are installed at the barrel, and the microcomputer 12-1 calculates an expiration date on the basis of the temperature change and passage of time of beer in the barrel to make a digital display through which the consumer can be notified.
