PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a shopping mall on a communication line by collecting superior traders for providing articles suited to the needs of consumers.;SOLUTION: A consumer participation type shopping mall system (1) has an idea receiving means (4) for receiving an idea prepared in respect to a theme declared concerning the trader of a store on the shopping mall from each of consumers through the communication line, an idea declaring means (6) for declaring the received idea to the trader, a store request receiving means (8) for receiving the information of store articles in relation to the declared idea from the store requesting trader through the communication line, an article/ service declaring means (10) for declaring the information of the received store articles, a voting means (12) for consumers to vote for desired store articles out of the declared articles or services through the communication line, and a trader selecting means (14) for selecting the trader having a large number of votes.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
