PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of creating, editing and transferring an imaging model capable of creating images of forms such as notices, receiving slips, dental charts, lists of estimates directly on the screen of a client's display via the Internet, directly writing the items and diagrams needed therefor, and making access at a high speed even on low speed lines to greatly reduce the cost of communications.;SOLUTION: The method of creating and editing an imaging model which makes it possible to directly create images of forms such as notices, receiving slips, dental charts, lists of estimates onto the screen of the client's display via the Internet and manipulate text. The images of the forms are created by creating a Java Script file using a form definition text file described by JSP (Java Servic Pages) or the like which is an Internet server environment.
