PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method by which a non-linear generation limit line of a warning sediment disaster for each slope face or torrent, an evacuation reference line, and a warning reference line can be accurately and easily set and also to provide a warning evacuation assisting system using a program for executing the method, a non-linear generation limit line of sediment disaster for each slope face or each torrent, an evacuation reference line, and a warning reference line.;SOLUTION: The warning evacuation assisting system is provided with a process computing a latent dangerousness of generation of sediment disaster, a process for classifying slope faces or torrents into groups, a process for computing the average value of latent dangerousness of the plurality of groups, and a process for computing the weight of a connection line of the intermediate layer and the output layer by using a neural network regarding the judgement boundary face expressing generating dangerousness of sediment disaster at every classified group to establish the non-linear generation limit of sediment disaster of each slope face or torrent, the evacuation reference line, and the warming reference line.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
