PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the building construction of a mid-to-high-rise apartment house in which a column and a beam may not be projected into a habitable space, a wasteful space is not formed and the space can be utilized effectively.;SOLUTION: An earthquake-resisting core tube 10 is built by earthquake- resisting walls 12 so as to surround a common use zone 13 such as a common corridor 20 arranged at the central section of a building 2, an elevator mounting zone 21, an elevator hall 22, a stair zone 23 or the like, entrance zone 14, 15 and 16 for each dwelling unit A, B and C and water related zones 17, 18 and 19 such as unit baths (UB) for each dwelling unit A, B and C. A peripheral frame 30 is constructed so as to surround the outside of the earthquake-resisting core tube 10, and slabs 40 for forming the floor sections of each floor are built between these earthquake-resisting core tube 10 and the peripheral frame 30.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
