摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cloudiness-preventing coating material capable of forming a transparent cloudiness-preventing coating film without generating an organic solvent vapor on applying and drying it, and also excellent in applying property, cloudiness- preventing property and waterproof property. SOLUTION: The cloudiness-preventing coating material consists of an aqueous emulsion containing a copolymer of (A) a lipophilic monomer which is a (meth)acrylic acid (It means either acrylic acid or methacrylic acid, and is applied hereinafter) ester-based monomer or a styrene-based monomer, with (B) a hydrophilic monomer which is the (meth)acrylic acid ester-based monomer or the styrene-based monomer, in which =50 mass % of the hydrophilic monomer (B) is expressed by formula (1) [wherein, R1 is H or methyl; R2 is H or methyl; and (n) is =4 integer], and containing =50 mass % copolymer fine particles of which =0.5 mass % and =30 mass % of the hydrophilic monomer (B) is expressed by formula (2) (wherein R3 is H or methyl) in its solid portion, and also containing a water soluble or water dispersible compound (C) containing plural carbodiimide groups. The method for producing the same is also provided.
