PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing validaty certifying apparatus for an anonymous communication path that an quickly certify processing validaty in a server composing a Mix-net.;SOLUTION: A server 1 inputs n cipher text lists C0, appropriately permutes the lists for outputting n lists C1, and conceals the correspondence relationship between input and output. Additionally, a server (i) carries out the same processing with Ci-1 as the input for outputting Ci, composes an anonymous communication path that can conceal the correspondence relationship between the C0 and Cm outputted from a server (m) unless the permutation of entire server is known, and certifies that an output list corresponds to an input list in 1 to 1 relationship to an arbitrary third party without concealing the permutation. In this case, each server (i) uses a list Ai consisting of n independent and appropriate values other than the processing as the input, performs the same permutation as the processing to them for outputting Bi consisting of n values, and certifies that the Ci-1 corresponds to Ci in 1 to 1 relationship to an arbitrary third party without concealing the permutation by using the Ci-1, Ci, Ai, and Bi.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
