PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monthly tabulation output management device capable of outputting the tabulation of daily medical fee scores and the tabulation of monthly medical fee scores. SOLUTION: This device is provided with; a daily tabulation outputting part for reading medial data from a medial data base and outputting the medial records of a patient to a clinical chart; a daily tabulation management data base for storing the print-out of the medical records prepared by the daily tabulation outputting part; a monthly tabulation outputting part for outputting monthly tabulation as the tabulation of medical scores per month to the clinical chart of the patient; a monthly tabulation management data base for storing the target dates of the tabulation of the medial scores prepared by the monthly tabulation outputting part for each patient, and a monthly tabulating output processing part for retrieving the patient whose previous daily tabulation output records are present in the daily tabulation management data base but whose previous monthly tabulation output records are not present in the monthly tabulation management data base, and for controlling the monthly tabulation output part so as to output the monthly tabulation of the retrieved patient.
